Over the course of the Advisor Development Program, Securian provides the capital you need to get your business up and running. Our start-up package is above and beyond any commission and fees you generate, and it consists of two stages. Although your local firm will ultimately determine the amount and structure of your start-up funds, it’s not uncommon to exceed $70,000 total. Plus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package from day one.
