What are the Qualifications?

Candidates for a position as a Securian financial advisor should have the following traits:
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-confidence
  • Self-motivation and discipline
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interest in sales
  • College degree is preferred
  • Ability to pass licensing exams
